Despite his young age, Silvano is known for his considerable operational expertise and has a proven track record in developing Dapur Cokelat during the COVID 19 pandemic, making him listed on the prestigious Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2023.
Joining in 2019, Silvano served as Head of Business Development, where the company was in red and he successfully led the company through a major strategic transformation and a return to sustainable growth. To accelerate Dapur Cokelat’s growth and capture the business ahead of them, Silvano has delivered digital innovations for wider customer experience and added outlets closer to customers. Silvano also played a role in initiating Chill’n Box, dessert boxes in various flavors targeting the younger market.
Together with the founder and commissioner of Dapur Cokelat, Ermey Trisniarty, Silvano Christian are prepared to move forward with other upcoming innovations for customers. Especially, on Dapur Cokelat’s 22nd anniversary, Silvano and his team set sights on expansion with their 100th outlet across Indonesia.
