“Born Free” is the theme of the Antony Morato Fall & Winter 2016 collection which showed at the Plaza Indonesia Men’s Fashion Week on 22nd September 2016 at The Warehouse Plaza Indonesia, level 5.
Taking a 70’s music concert as the inspiration for the collection, gave a different color to the creative freedom for mixing and matching the materials, motifs and bold color shades. “Born Free” depicts rock star fashion in the 70s.
In this fashion show, Antony Morato showed his collection in three sequences, divided into the Silver Collection in the first sequence, Gold collection in the second sequence and the Black collection to round things off.
The Silver Collection featured a stylish look with a sporty touch and a splash of modern architectural style combined with geometric detailing to become the inspiration in this sequence. The Gold Collection alternatively presented a more casual style with jeans and showed the personality of Antony Morato and the 70’srock star style backstage before the show began.
As a closing sequence to this fashion show, the Black Collection gave the appearance of a rock star on the stage with the cutting straight and simple but with compositions that included several materials in different textures. The Antony Morato Fall and Winter Collection 2016, offers a stylish look with masculine style but is still fearless and stylish with a freedom to vent, without getting bored with options that are too basic.
