These cubanos are filled with roasted meat, cheese, ham and homemade pickles, pressed like a panini for five minutes until the cheese melts all over, and complimented with a serving of corn chips on the side. Cubanolicious is all about your preference. You can choose from baguette, panini and submarine as your bread. The homemade sauce selections are cheesy, mayo, spicy and the signature soy sesame and as the cubano will be sliced into two halves, you can pick a sauce for each! As the main star of the cubano, there are beef, chicken and vegetarian options, consisting of mushroom, beansprout and chinese cabbage.
Bread & Teppan Express founder, Chef Hendro Soejadi said that he wanted to introduce a light yet fulfilling carb meal. The Cubanolicious menu has proven to be popular, especially during late afternoon and after working hours, when people look for quick, easy takeaways. During lunch, though, the teppan menu remains the favorite.
B&T Teppan serves beef, chicken, dory, vegetables and pasta options cooked in the teppanyaki style, all come with steamed rice, salad and mixed fruit. Meanwhile B&T Yaki offers fried soba, meshi or rice, and sakana or mackerel. For dessert, enjoy a selection of dango, a traditional Japanese snack with various toppings and sauces.
