Petit Chateau Wine Dinner at The Peak Resort Dining

The Peak Connoisseurs, one of knowledge based wine company in Indonesia presented Petit Chateau Wine Dinner at The Peak Resort Dining Bandung on Friday, 28 October 2016.

On this event, The Peak Connoisseurs introduced some new collections of French wine, which are combined with kinds of fine food from The Peak Resort Dining. Around 30 premium guests of The Peak Connoisseurs and The Peak Resort Dining attended this event with pleasure.

The first wine is Chateau La Rose Gadis Bordaux Rouge, which combined with Assorted Canapés. Continu with second wine is Chateau Lary Bordeaux Blanc, which combined with Candied Walnut & Pear Salad. The third wine is Baron La Rose Bordeaux Rouge, which combined with Irish Beer Cheese Soup.

The fourth wine is Chateau Lalene Bordeaux Superieur, which combined with Broiele Lamb Rack or Oceanic Black Cod. To make the dinner perfectly completed, The Peak Resort Dining served a fresh delicious dessert called fruit custard.

Beside the events that are presented routinely, The Peak Connoisseurs is very focused on branding various kinds of wine and spirit, especially at some retail shops that are managed by The Peak Connoisseurs in Bandung and Jakarta.
