UNIQLO FW 2017: Defining LifeWear

Allowing better, more comfortable daily life with meticulously designed clothing, LifeWear reflects UNIQLO’s mission to make people feel happiness by wearing good clothing and let them show their personality by how they wear them. LifeWear Fall/Winter 2017 highlights nine products with new technologies, collaborations and improved basics.

London-based fashion designer JW Anderson worked with UNIQLO and presented a collection with his signature elements, from graphic t-shirts, colorful sweaters, elegant cashmere knit dresses, ruffled skirts to striped scarves. The collection will only be available at UNIQLO Pondok Indah Mall from 22 September 2017. Inès de La Fressange returns with her 8th collaboration and brings the long-awaited menswear. Still with her Parisian Chic aesthetic, the collection features classic pieces with improved vintage looks, such as Nordic sweaters and duffle coats.

The Flannel collection adds feminine details and removes pockets to give them a cleaner look for women. Men can try the improved sleeves and silhouettes themselves. Uniqlo U through Cristopher Lemaire and his team refers to Parisian mode traditions, using new materials and technology to create new outlook on daily clothing. In 2016, UNIQLO founded the Jeans Innovation Center in Los Angeles, allowing them to create various innovations in many aspects for the new Denim collection. One of them is the jeans lined with HEATTECH technology for a casual, comfortable look without having to fear the cold.

HEATTECH now presents Ultra Warm, another level of cold-resistant technology for innerwear, following the success of their previous HEATTECH Standard and HEATTECH Extra Warm. The practical and compact Ultra Light Down outerwear line has a new design with v-neck and buttons which allows it to be worn as innerwear. Meanwhile, the unmatched comfort of AIRism now comes in long sleeves.

This Seasonal Highlights encourages you to mix-and-match your clothing without hesitation and let your personality shines. There’s simply no limits to the materials, lengths, colors and shapes you can wear.
