Tuna Tataki, Roast Pumpkin and Beetroot Salad, Pan Seared Salmon, Prawn Linguine with a Bloody Mary Sauce are a small selection from the diverse food menu and take a sip from the sensational selection of beverages created by Mixiologist Doni, who combines fresh ingredients for mocktail and cocktail creations with his special recipes. Offering a “one stop venue” concept, this three-story building consists of three areas; dining, lounge, and rooftop area, and each floor offers a different ambiance and theme. Starting with the first floor dining area, this space offers interior design with a time machine vibe, showing industrial rustique style in its decor, it is very comfortable with classic leather sofas and wooden chairs, a perfect blend of wood and metal.
Up one floor to the Lounge, Baxter invites you into their Zeppelin airship.
