
Under new directions from Executive Chef Potato Head Brasserie, Aditya Muskita, Potato Head at Pacific Place Jakarta reveals the revamped authentic brasserie cuisine with his signature touches while highlighting the best and freshest ingredients from small farms and local producers. These popular dishes have been joined by new options including Fried Chicken Doughnut Sandwich, a crispy fried chicken thigh with herbed yogurt sauce and pickled fried onions between buns, a modern unique twist on the Crispy Southern Fried Chicken Burger.
Some dishes featured in the new menu are Prawn Agnolotti cooked in spiced prawn bisque and fennel, which is adapted from Thailand green curry but with western flavors; Roasted Cauliflower tossed with cashew-lemon dressing and couscous, perfect for those who doesn’t like salad but wants to eat healthy; and Slow Cooked Organic Australian Short Ribs
with pommes puree, stewed leeks and sauce bordelaise. Don’t miss out on the Rosti Potatoes topped with smoked salmon, house-made herbed ricotta and arugula. Grilled Calamari with romesco sauce, normally enjoyed with paella rice, is no less than a delightful treat.
Potato Head also introduces a blackboard menu and dessert cart of daily specials. The blackboard specials will showcase the season’s ripest ingredients, fresh catch of the day, festive platters and more. The dessert cart will offer a revolving selection of cakes and tarts, made fresh by the culinary team.
