Tasty Tapas at C’s Steak & Seafood

Tapas lovers should be sure to check out the latest, light and surprisingly filling menu at C’s Steak & Seafood, Grand Hyatt Jakarta presented by new executive sous-chef Mauro Santarelli. Hailing from Argentina, the self-taught chef gained his passion for food from raising and growing the best quality ingredients back home. Favorites include potatoes bravas and the cold cuts of chorizo salami and ham, freshly imported from Spain. Other menus feature the classic garlic prawns that come with crispy bread and parsley, while the fried baby squid are sourced from Lombok, with a savory black garlic aioli dipping sauce on the side. Melt-in-your-mouth crab croquets come with a homemade chili mayonnaise, while the Spanish meatballs are served in a rich tomato sauce. Finally, for those with a sweet-tooth, the dessert sampler features a variety of new desserts created especially for this menu, such as the passionfruit creamy or banana dulce de leche, the latter of which is particularly dear to Santarelli’s heart, and it shows.
