Focusing on the strength and beauty of women, Hana Tajima for UNIQLO F/W 2019 collection is introduced with the theme of “Underground”. Hana Tajima said, “Each time you step out of what you know, you open a new part of you, and each new part will show who you are.” That was what she had in mind in designing the collection, how a piece of clothing will move along with the body. It’s a piece of art that is worn, wrinkled and adapted.
Expect masculine design elements with feminine elegance. The color palette is inspired by earth and minerals, from sandy beige and brown earth tones reminiscent of subterranean layers, to gem-like blues and greens.
Pieces include silk-blend dress, blouse and pants, with minimalist details and patterns. The full collection will be available starting on 16 August 2019 at selected stores including UNIQLO Pondok Indah Mall.
