Summers At The Pool – Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue Unveils New A-la Carte Menus

 

Located on the 8th floor, Summers At The Pool launches the all-new a-la carte dishes curated by Executive Chef Edi Pancamala and his team with ‘Asian Grill & Flare’ theme concept. In this launching event, also introducing new drinks concept from Polynesian, a TIKI style drink concept.

The all-new a la carte dishes consist of a combination of Asian & local dishes and the steaks will be the main highlight of the new menu. Various signature steak options can be offered such as: The USDA Prime, Greater Omaha 21 Days Beef which consist of Rib Eye, Strip Loin and Tenderloin starting from IDR 508,000++ and weight starts from 200 grams or The Stock Yard Black Angus Gold Label, 200 Days Grain Fed Beef which consist of Wing Steak, T-Bone Steak and Porter House Steak starting from IDR 758,000++ for 2 persons.

Another sumptuous and fresh menu from Summers At The Pool’s new menu are: Beef Tataki on Toast, Tebasaki, Ahi Poke, Atlantic Scallops, Iga Bakar Maranggi, Oxtail Soup, Sate Marangi, Mangut Salmon and many more.

Following the launch of the new menu, Summers At The Pool will launch new promotions as below:
