Fountain Lounge at Grand Hyatt Jakarta introduces the autumn afternoon tea set: ‘Garden of Delights’. The beautiful array of colourful desserts specially prepared by Pastry Chef Hidemitsu Aso represents a modern Japanese garden.
The new afternoon tea presentation unveils various savoury and sweet delicacies. The tasty bites comprise smoked salmon bagels with capers and sour & cream, roasted beef on rye bread with mustard cream and tarragon, egg mayo and truffle brioche, cucumber roll & cream cheese sandwich and cheese bitterballen. The sweet selections, meanwhile, include a Japanese blueberry soufflé roll, Valrhona chocolate mousse, hazelnut petit Paris-Brest, raspberry macaron, pistachio choux and the signature pisang goreng. To complete the afternoon tea experience, vanilla bean and maraschino cherry scones are also served with options of luscious marmalades on the side.
Each afternoon tea set comes with tea or coffee pairing for two persons, priced at IDR 358,000++, available daily from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM for a limited period of time.
