Offering a delightful dining experience and elevated atmosphere of Jakarta’s coastal area, Cutt & Grill is the best and latest place to relax and enjoy supreme meat dishes! Cutt & Grill offers popular and favorite dishes such as USDA Prime Porterhouse, Roasted Bone Marrow, Dry-aged Steaks, Wagyu Burger, delicious pastas and more! InClover’s Cutt & Grill experience including Watermelon Salad and Beef Brisket Bruschetta for the appetizers. The house special Watermelon Salad introduces fresh, sweet and chilled watermelon cubes with romaine lettuce, olives, red grapes and walnuts topped with feta cheese and balsamic vinaigrette. Beef Brisket Bruschetta takes a daring (and we can attest successful) twist through a dash of Dabu Dabu Sambal to accentuate the melted mozzarella cheese. For the main, we recommend the succulent and aromatic fire grilled medium rare AUS Tenderloin paired with Gravy Sauce. The charring on the outside perfectly escalates the juicy and tender meat inside.

Designed to evoke a contemporary steakhouse feel with a modern bar standing out as the centerpiece, Cutt & Grill at Batavia PIK is also home for awesome drinks. The extensive wine menu covers a wide variety of wines in various price ranges from many parts of the world complemented with a unique range of homemade cocktails and in-house sommelier to assist. Restaurant owner Dylan de Silva, will open Cutt & Grill at Batavia PIK officially for business on 31 May 2023 at 11.30am equipped with 30 outdoor and indoor tables.
