The name is taken from “Legi”, a Javanese term meaning sweet, which is presented in the signature welcome drink of palm tree sap. Helmed by Chef Ah Boon, who has been honing his craft for over 25 years, Legen Restaurant serves a selection of favorite menus from regions in Indonesia, Chinese Peranakan, and Asia, with the signature dish Konjac Fried Rice (Porang Fried Rice with Roa Sambal) which is served for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This dish was created for guests who are maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Adding to the list of their tasty beverages, don’t miss out on the restaurant’s coffee and refreshing drinks served directly from the bar.
Highlighting Legen Restaurant’s diversity, guests may take their culinary journey through the pastry and dessert section with the specialty Es Kopyor to reminiscence over the good old time dessert, the open kitchen offers an array of dishes, such as peking duck, laksa, dim sum, various grills consisting of seafood, meat, and sausages which are served to order allowing guests to watch the live cooking process.
