This stunning premium property is led by General Manager, Vincent Wybier, and his professional team. Vincent graduated from the Management School of Paul Bocuse Ecully, France with a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and joined Accor Hotels in France before visiting several major locations in Indonesia for over 15 years prior to this latest appointment. He continuously brings phenomenal support to each of his workplaces, enriched with outstanding knowledge.
On numerous occasions, Vincent has been recognized for his leadership accomplishments. He looks for talent wherever he works and coaches them to be leaders and top performers to support sustainable development, and even possibly gain international awards as happened during his previous tenure at The Royal Beach Seminyak Bali in 2014-2021.
And it does not stop there. His leadership reflects his appointment as Brand Leader for a network of 17 Accor Hotels throughout Indonesia & Malaysia, and coordinating brand projects and public relations as he did with Novotel Mangga Dua Square from 2011-2014.
An expert in guest loyalty, service & food quality, revenue management from Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, as well as his operational scope, Vincent has elevated his skills and attention to detail in every aspect of the industry. He possesses a solid background in guest-satisfaction-oriented services with outstanding communication skills, which enables him to identify guests’ personal preferences promptly and provide individualized service. It doesn’t hurt that he is also financially savvy with a strong analytical sense for problem-solving. When he’s off duty, unwinding after a busy day at work, the outdoor-loving general manager enjoys swimming, trekking, and diving.
Vincent is currently leading a 150+ member hospitality team at Accor’s first premium brand in Kuta Mandalika, Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara – Indonesia that has successfully achieved business objectives and scored 6/2000+ on TripAdvisor within 6 months since opening. The future looks bright.
