Sea Grain Restaurant & Bar at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta – Diponegoro launches a complete dining experience through its special curated menu selection, presenting innovative flavors combining the best of Western cuisine with a delectable Indonesian touch.

Well-known for its steak and grill selection, the restaurant introduces Brandy Steak, the 250 gr premium grilled ribeye paired with roasted tomato, baby carrot, and hand-cut fries made from Cilembu sweet potato from West Java. The Chef will personally visit the guest’s table to flambé the steak with a special brandy sauce, adding a delicious smoky flavor to the tender meat.

For seafood lovers, Salted Baked Sea Bass serves a unique dining experience. The baked fish is encased with a crust of sea salt, then broken open by the Chef using a hammer at the guest’s table. Then served with creamed spinach and boiled pandan butter potato on the side, also added with cream woku sauce from North Sulawesi.

New selections for appetizers and snacks are also available, including Roasted Bone Marrow on the plate with appetizing beef maranggi and rendang mayonnaise, Escargot Vol au Vent with delectable balado butter – a local sauce from West Sumatera, and Steak Tartare with fresh wagyu tenderloin and locally-sourced sweet potato chips on the side.

From the bar, have a taste of Sea Grain Cosmo Banana while wearing 2 different types of sunglasses – the yellow one enhances the sweet flavor, while the brown one enhances its sourness. An aroma of sweet Ambon banana and cranberry will further delight the senses. For a more refreshing option, the Margarita Kecombrang cocktail offers a rich sour taste with a hint of orange.
