Chef Marinka, former judge of MasterChef Indonesia, Junior MasterChef Indonesia, Iron Chef Indonesia and many others. During month of July highlights her modern interpretation of Sapi Masak Merah (short-ribs slow-cooked in Acehnese traditional red sauce) and Bir Jawa (ancient Javanese version of Beer)
In August, Chef Yuda Bustara, the kitchen wizard with many achievements, unveils Jimbaran-style Grilled Seafood, the distinctive Riau-origin clear-soup and more.
In September, Chef Degan Septoadji, former Best Asian Chef nominee 2012 World Gourmet Summit and judge of MasterChef Indonesia, presents Crispy-Skinned Salmon served with Colo-Colo Sambal, Potato Fritter and Lemon Basil and Es Jahe Angkrigan.
