Inspired by a shared passion for bespoke and personalised Tea experiences, Raffles Jakarta and Dilmah present a collaboration that brings together a collection of extraordinary teas limited in availability and unique in their sensorial experience. Crafted by Merrill J. Fernando, the visionary Founder of Dilmah, The Teamaker’s Private Reserve unveils a distinguished range of handpicked teas sourced from the finest tea gardens and masterfully blended by experts. Each tea variety tells a unique story, reflecting the rich heritage and craftsmanship that Dilmah has epitomised over the years.
Adding to the Florals Afternoon Tea creations, Pastry Chef Anom curated two tea infused on the menu. Delight in Jivara Milk Chocolate Bar (Cream, Roasted Peanut Praline, Mille Feuille), infused with Dilmah Single Estate Earl Grey and Aromatic Citrus (Coulis, Ivory Custard, Graham Crackers and Passionfruit Jelly) infused with Dilmah Mango Scented Doombagastalawa Estate. This tea produces a beautiful harmonious tea with the sweet flavour of mango and honey notes.
