The Christmas Set Menu titled “Christmas Delight’ will be specially tailored by Executive Chef Kevin, adding a passionate touch through the fire-grilled menus in Christmas Lunch Package on the 25th and Christmas Eve Dinner on the night of 24th.
Starting from Duck Mushroom Vol Au Vent followed by Chestnut Mushroom Cappuccino soup as the amuse-bouche, the set menu really begins with starter Octopus Carpaccio. Squid Ink Cracker balances the charred octopus legs, fried capers, and a dash of sourness from passion fruit seeds together. Options for the main course is Black Angus Tenderloin with Seared Foie Gras, recommended to be paired with Italian red wine with a lighter full body taste and Grilled Seabass Confit Shrimp with Crustacean Butter which is best enjoyed with a glass of chilled white wine. Kunafa Fried Ice Cream is vanilla ice cream encapsulated in a thin layer of crepe and covered with “rambut nenek” (sugar floss). A bath of brown sugar sauce completes the intriguing and popular dessert. The next day, the city’s leading steakhouse will prepare Christmas Day Lunch with two menus to opt for, the Christmas classic Turkey Roll Roast and Beef Roast. The Turkey Roll Ballotine is one of the most popular boneless turkey dish and traditionally served during Christmas meals while the slow roast Black Angus Tenderloin will serve the best quality meat, so tender and juicy. As a finale dish, guests will be served the magical Christmas Log cake and traditional Yorkshire Pudding.
