Bringing the finest catches the international waters have to offer straight to Jakarta, The Holy Crab transports a taste of the sea not to be missed.
Established in 2014, the restaurant has celebrated its 10th birthday by revamping its dining experience and reopening in Jakarta’s Senopati district.
Sink your teeth into fresh Canadian oysters and grilled oyster mushrooms, or enjoy signature dishes such as Lobster Malfada Pasta and Crab Hotstone Rice. With seafood sourced from Canadian, Alaskan, as well as local Indonesian waters, this is a rare pearl in Indonesia’s bustling culinary scene.
The Holy Crab also boasts its own line of signature cocktails and mocktails, designed to take your seafood extravaganza to the next level. Enjoy internationally inspired drinks like Gentle Monster – featuring fig jam, whisky cider, and a hint of brushed cream cheese, or mocktails such as Tropica – where the flavours of mango and coconut will transport your tastebuds to faraway shores.
Chef Albert, who steers The Holy Crab’s culinary ship, described designing the menu a “labour of passion, where every dish reflects the pinnacle of culinary excellence inspired by the bounties of the ocean”.
“I eagerly anticipate the pleasure of sharing my culinary passion with our esteemed guests, creating an unforgettable seafood experience for the Jakarta community,” he continued.
