ROAD TO MUFFEST+ 2024

The biggest annual Muslim fashion event in Indonesia, the Muslim Fashion Festival (MUFFEST)+ will be back for its 9th chapter on 8-11 August 2024 at Istora Senayan. In conjunction with the series of Road to MUFFEST+ 2024 events, the Indonesian Fashion Chamber (IFC) in collaboration with Gemalindo Kreasi Indonesia, held the MUFFEST+ Media Viewing on 1-3 March 2024, at the Ice Palace Lotte Mall, Kuningan, Jakarta.

The presentation of 2024-2025 fashion trends was performed in a different and unique format, in a theatrical format showcasing the diversity of designs, creativity, and innovation in the Indonesian Muslim fashion industry with the iconic backdrop of Ice Palace.

Highlighting a theme “Indonesia As A Hub for Global Modest Fashion”, MUFFEST+ Media Viewing 2024 featured 24 designers and brands with a total of 300 collections. Each designer and brand presented their own ‘theatrical performance show’ with storytelling about their collection journey starting from design concept and production to how to market their products. Various line-up Muslim fashion collections were showcased, including streetwear, urban wear, and evening wear.

On the first day of MUFFEST+ Media Viewing featuring collections from ALEZA with the Elixir Ensemble theme, HijabChic with the Arabella theme, Hajeera with the Brisa Sunset to Starlight theme, GIOMI with the Townspeople theme, Yanti Adeni X WLOV with the Daphne theme, and Batik Chic by Novita Yunus with Eternal Journey theme. Then on the second day, featured collections from Rose.Ma.Lina with the theme Adolescence. On the last day featured LUNARPRINTEX Presents Althafunissa with the theme SERERAYYA 2.0 Serenity on Raya, NBRS with the theme KALA, My Daily Hijab with the theme Soul Scene Harmony, Magdara with the theme Muslim Historical Rhapsody, Motif Hawa with the theme Coin Memoire, and KursienKarzai with Eredita theme. The series of fashion presentations was closed with Road to JMFW 2025 presented by Pricilla Margie with the theme Jakarta Vintage, ZM Zaskia Mecca with the theme Teman Serumpun, AM By Anggiasari with the theme Borcelle, ZETA Privé with the theme Misty Forest, Buttonscarves X Kami. with the theme Kimmonia, and Brilianto with the theme Reunited.

MUFFEST+ Media Viewing 2024 was held in collaboration with various partners, supported by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia, Wardah Cosmetic as Official Makeup & Skin Care and sponsored by LUNARPRINTEX, YOU.C1000, and Jakarta Muslim Fashion Week (JMFW) as Event Partner.
