
The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) Indonesia officially renewed its partnership with GDP Venture through a one-year Memorandum of Cooperation (MOC). The signing ceremony was presided over by Mr. Terrence Voon, STB’s Executive Director for Southeast Asia, and Mr. Danny Wirianto, Chief Business Officer (CBO) of GDP Venture. This unique and comprehensive marketing collaboration harnesses the strengths of various companies within the GDP Venture portfolio to enhance awareness and drive visitorship to Singapore.
Over the past year, the partnership successfully executed innovative campaigns featuring well-known Indonesian celebrities and influencers across GDP Venture’s media companies, including Kumparan, Kincir, and Narasi. Additionally, the collaboration promoted Singapore accommodation and flights through another GDP Venture-linked company, Tiket.com. By creating immersive experiences and compelling narratives, the partnership inspired Indonesian travelers to explore beyond the usual tourist spots and uncover Singapore’s hidden gems. Furthermore, the partnership will continue leveraging GDP Venture’s media channels to engage different target segments in Indonesia, encouraging them to book their Singapore holidays through Tiket.com.
At the signing event, Terrence also expresses his enthusiasm for the upcoming project which unfortunately is still kept close to their chest. The development of the Bahasa speaking AI tool which specializes in itinerary planning and personalized recommendations based on the length of stay and family size. The aptly named HolidAI Singapura will also provide appropriate suggestions for Muslim travelers adhering to a halal diet.
