The renowned Novotel Jakarta Cikini, which sits on a prestigious and strategic location for business and leisure occasions, welcomes Riganda Togatorop as the new General Manager. He will be in charge of the Hotel operations, strategic management, and directing the team constantly to give personalized and genuine service to all the Hotel’s guests.
Graduated from the Institute of Teacher Training and Education Sciences (Ilmu Keguruan dan Ilmu Kependidikan or IKIP) Medan, with a Bachelor’s Degree in French language, Riganda is honed proficiency in the French language, as well as a fluent speaker.
Building upon his undergraduate success, Riganda embarked on a journey of advanced studies, pursuing a Master’s degree in Tourism and Travel Services Marketing Operations at Trisakti Tourism Institute (Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata or STP Trisakti), which established a strong base for his achievements, with nearly over 30-years experiences in the Hospitality industry.
He started his career journey in 1994 as a Receptionist at Ibis Jakarta Arcadia, and constantly his career has grown in various Hotel managerial positions, including General Manager roles in numerous notable properties of the Accor Hotel, including Mercure Jakarta Kota, Ibis Jakarta Tamarin, Novotel Bali Nusa Dua, Novotel Banjarmasin Airport, Mercure Jakarta Sabang, Cluster Mercure and Ibis Pontianak and Cluster Mercure and Ibis Samarinda.
