Welcoming Chef Goh Chin Yan, JW Marriott Hotel Jakarta announces the grand launch of Pearl Chinese Restaurant’s new menu, themed “A Cantonese Odyssey”, masterfully curated by the Chef himself, also known as Chef Raymond. Chef Raymond and his dedicated culinary team invite discerning guests to embark on a culinary journey that harmoniously blends oriental flavors with contemporary finesse. Drawing inspiration from his hometown of Ipoh, Malaysia—a renowned epicenter of Chinese gastronomy—Chef Raymond meticulously crafts each dish to reflect the rich tapestry of Cantonese culinary heritage.

– “Buddha Jump Over The Wall” (Double Boiled Superior Soup with Abalone, Fish Maw, and Dried Scallop)
– Wok Fried Wagyu Beef With XO Carrot Cake
– Poached Live Star Garoupa Filets with Marinated Sour Vegetables and Rice Noodles
– Braised 3 Head Abalone, Sea Cucumber with Golden Pumpkin Sauce
– Fried Jasmine Rice with Scallops, Truffle Sauce, and Egg White
– Slow Cooked Bird’s Nest Soup in Coconut
