It’s time to mark your calendars for the much-awaited Coffee Festival, brought to you by PHM HOTELS. This year, PHM HOTELS is proud to collaborate with Mikael Jasin, the renowned champion of the 2024 World Barista Championship, to make this event truly exceptional. Join them to celebrate the love for coffee across 16 hotels in Indonesia! This event is tailored to fit PHM HOTELS’ guest journey concept, “Stay Eat Experience,” ensuring a distinct and memorable experience for hotel guests.
“In this year’s Gastronomic Tourism program, we will highlight activities designed to showcase the richness of local coffee cuisine. The Coffee Festival will be wrapped in the Stay Eat Experience, available at all PHM HOTELS units across Indonesia. The ‘Stay’ aspect will offer an exclusive stay experience with an ambiance specially designed to complement the Coffee Festival theme. ‘Eat’ will feature unique dishes related to the distinctive coffee of each hotel’s region. ‘Experience’ will be delivered through various activities such as Coffee Tasting and Creative Coffee Workshops held in eight cities across Indonesia, from Palembang to Gili Trawangan,” said Marcia Amandary, VP Brand & Development of PHM HOTELS.

In addition, PHM HOTELS will be hosting a coffee master class titled 1O1 Sensory Class, in partnership with Mikael Jasin, at THE HAVEN Bali Seminyak during the month of August. This exclusive class offers attendees the opportunity to explore the complexities of coffee taste, learn different brewing methods, and gain valuable insights from the world champion. The Coffee Festival for Gastronomic Tourism won’t just let you savor top-notch Nusantara coffee, but also explore the vibrant and varied coffee culture found in Indonesia’s coffee plantations.
