GELATO SECRETS X CHEF EDDRIAN THJIA PRESENTS EXCLUSIVE COLLABORATION MENU, HIGHLIGHTING BANGKA’S CUISINE

In celebration of Indonesia’s Independence Day, Gelato Secrets is in collaboration with Chef Eddrian Thjia to launch a new flavor variant, Rambutan Asinan Sorbetto. Inspired by the traditional Bangka delicacy, Asinan Rambutan, the newest flavor variant presents sorbetto that is a uniquely blend of rambutan and kalamansi, delivering a distinctive taste that combines sweetness, acidity, and spiciness.

The fusion of kalamansi rambutan sorbetto and plum crumble results in a harmonious balance of texture and flavor in every spoonful of sorbetto.

Gregory Lentini, a co-founder of Gelato Secrets, highlighted Cher Eddrian’s expertise in presenting Bangka cuisine and his commitment to healthy food align perfectly with the company’s mission.

Through this special creation, Gelato Secrets aims to highlight Bangka as one of Indonesia’s renowned culinary destinations. Known for its diverse traditional cuisine, Bangka presents a variety of unique dishes rich in historical significance and local ingredients from the island.

During the same occasion, Chef Eddrian Tjhia expressed his enthusiasm for this collaboration in showcasing the seasonal menu. “The Rambutan Sorbetto captures the essence of Bangka’s flavors, adding a fresh and innovative twist to a beloved traditional dish,” stated Chef Eddrian.

The Asinan Rambutan Sorbetto will be available at all Gelato Secrets outlets starting from August 17, 2024, and will be served throughout the month of Independence to celebrate the 79th anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia.
