With over 23 years of culinary experience, Chef Ferdian Tobing serves at Sheraton Grand Jakarta. His remarkable career features prominent positions in esteemed hotels and restaurants, where he has developed his proficiency in Western and Italian culinary arts, while also cherishing the depth and history of Indonesian cuisine.

As the new Executive Chef at Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City Hotel, Ferdian Tobing will oversee all culinary operations, including Anigré Restaurant, banquet services, in-room dining, the lounge, and the Sheraton Club lounge. His mission is to bring the taste of Indonesia to the next level, offering guests an authentic and elevated dining experience. Anigré Restaurant, operating daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets, caters to 200 guests per session, while the banquet services can accommodate up to 3,000 guests, ensuring a grand culinary experience for all.
