Hotel GranDhika Iskandarsyah Jakarta is proud to host the GranDhika Run 2024, a premier event blending fitness and fun. Managed by Hotel GranDhika Indonesia, a subsidiary of PT. Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk. (ADCP), this event celebrates a vibrant and healthy lifestyle while showcasing Jakarta’s iconic scenery along the scenic Jalan Layang Non Tol (JLNT) Antasari.
This year’s theme, “Let’s Run in Style,” encourages participants to embrace both fitness and fashion. With a challenging five-kilometer track, the GranDhika Run has drawn an impressive 700 participants, highlighting a growing enthusiasm for the event. “Since our first run in 2018, we’ve seen incredible public support, with each event growing bigger and better. We’re excited to bring the GranDhika Run back to Hotel GranDhika Iskandarsyah Jakarta,” said M. Rizki Sutrisna, Corporate Marcom Manager of Hotel GranDhika Indonesia.
The race commenced with a flag-off ceremony led by notable figures including Dodi Usodo Hargo, President Commissioner of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk., Rizkan Firman, President Director of PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk., and Munjirin, S.Sos, M.Si, Mayor of South Jakarta. Their collective enthusiasm set the tone for a day filled with camaraderie and competition. “This is more than a sporting event; it’s an initiative that can invigorate the Blok M area and its vicinity. We are fully behind this effort and look forward to future collaborations,” stated Mayor Munjirin.
Rizkan Firman emphasized the broader impact of the GranDhika Run, aiming to position South Jakarta as a hub for sport tourism. “Our goal is to promote a healthy lifestyle while driving economic and tourism growth, particularly in South Jakarta,” he said.
As the runners crossed the finish line, the celebration continued with an energetic DJ performance, Berlari Berdendang, and a thrilling door prize giveaway. Participants had the chance to win an array of prizes including shopping vouchers, sponsor products, smart watches, smart TVs, electric bicycles, and the coveted grand prize of an electric motorbike.
