DISCOVER THE FLAVORS OF NUSANTARA AT THE NEWLY REOPENED TESATE PLAZA SENAYAN

Get ready for a culinary adventure! TeSaTe Plaza Senayan is reopening on January 10, 2025, and it promises to bring a whole new level of enjoyment to Nusantara’s rich culinary heritage with an array of new menus and concepts. Known for its signature satay dishes like Sate Ayam Madura, Sate Wagyu Makassar, Sate Buntel, and Sate Rembang, TeSaTe now introduces Sate Sayap Bumbu Plecing, a Lombok specialty that combines the sweetness of gula Jawa, spiciness of cabai, and savory terasi, all enhanced with a splash of lime juice.

Expanding its Palembang menu, TeSaTe adds Tekwan, a savory shrimp broth, to offer an alternative to the popular Mie Pempek. The Java-inspired menu now features Udang Galah Bumbu Pepes, Asinan Buah, Es Bumi Hangus, Bebek Madura, and more delightful dishes. Meanwhile, the Banjarmasin offerings are enriched with the addition of Kue Bingka, a classic dessert. Guests can also explore the flavors of Eastern Indonesia with Se’i Sapi, a smoked beef dish from East Nusa Tenggara.

The ambiance at TeSaTe Plaza Senayan is designed to enhance your dining experience. The floor design incorporates the kawung motif, Sarirasa’s logo, and patterns from Sumba’s traditional textiles, crafted by local artisans from Solo. The ceilings feature charming local warung ornaments like tampah and wajan, creatively arranged as chandeliers.

TeSaTe prioritizes health, safety, and treating customers like family. As part of Sarirasa Group, TeSaTe uses tempeh and tofu made from non-GMO beans, processed without additives. They also use natural colorings like bunga telang for blue, and dragon fruit and beet for red. Additionally, they create their own sweeteners from scratch to avoid unnecessary chemicals.

Visit TeSaTe Plaza Senayan and indulge in the authentic taste of Nusantara in a vibrant, Nusantara-inspired setting. Open daily from 10 AM to 10 PM, it’s where tradition meets modern culinary excellence
