
Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue, Summers At The Pool unveils an exciting new dining experience with the introduction of Summers At The Pool: Grill & Steak, located on the 8th floor. This fresh concept is meticulously crafted to cater to discerning beef enthusiasts who appreciate the art of premium steak, all while enjoying it in a refined setting in an urban tropical atmosphere.
The grand relaunch of the new concept on 11 February 2025, features a special collaboration with the renowned Mason Group & Hospitality Chef, Tom Jack. This partnership aims to showcase a selection of signature steak dishes, highlighting the exceptional quality of Westholme premium beef, known for its superior marbling and exquisite flavor. The steaks are meticulously chosen as Westholme produces Nature-Led Australian Wagyu – where they allow nature to lead, and the taste of the steaks will follow.
The newly introduced Summers At The Pool: Grill & Steak with a new concept is designed to elevate the steakhouse dining experience, incorporating expert grilling techniques to enhance the natural flavors of premium cuts. A distinctive feature of this concept is the use of jackfruit wood in the grilling process, which imparts a unique smoky aroma and depth of taste to the steaks. Guests can indulge in various signature steak selections from Westholme, including but not limited to: Tomahawk 1824 MB 2, Porter House AA MB 6-7. T-Bone AA MB 6-7, and an array of other expertly prepared premium cuts starting from IDR 458,000++. In addition, guests can choose the perfect drinks from the extensive beverage list to go with the meal.
