Hailing from Italy’s famous Falerno wine region, Marco’s passion for culinary excellence ignited at an early age. His journey in the world of fine dining was shaped under the mentorship of Michelin-starred chefs like Giorgio Locatelli, Alain Ducasse, and Gordon Ramsay. This early exposure to top-tier culinary practices honed his deep understanding of fine dining and restaurant management. Marco’s career has seen him play pivotal roles in launching and managing some of the world’s most prestigious hotel dining experiences, from Italy to Australia, the Middle East to Asia, including iconic venues such as Hassler Hotel Rome, St. Regis Abu Dhabi, Conrad Seoul, and Conrad Manila.
Prior to joining The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, Marco served as the Director of Operations at Conrad Manila. His leadership there marked some of the hotel’s most successful years since its inception in 2016. Now, at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, Marco aims to continue his legacy of excellence by integrating his wellness, gastronomy, and hospitality expertise to enhance guest experiences.
