Hilton Garden Inn Jakarta Taman Palem is delighted to present “Ramadan’s Tapestry of Flavors”, a delectable Iftar dining offering available throughout the holy month of Ramadan. Guests are invited to indulge in a sumptuous variety of Indonesian cuisine, complemented by a selection of international highlights, creating an unforgettable dining experience for families, friends, and loved ones to enjoy together.
Begin the Iftar journey at Together & Co. and break the fast with a selection of traditional Indonesian takjil. The variety includes local favorites like kolak, bubur sumsum & biji salak, assorted fritters, martabak manis & telur, along with an array of jajanan pasar. Following the takjil, guests can explore a lavish buffet spread featuring Indonesia’s heritage dishes. Among the highlights are kambing bakar, bakwan malang, as well as Balinese corner with sate lilit and ayam sisit bumbu Bali. For those craving international flavors, the buffet includes popular Arabic dishes such as chicken shawarma and lamb kebab served with pita bread. Guests can also enjoy Chinese specialties, including Peking roasted duck and dumplings with chili oil for a vibrant twist on traditional Iftar.
Afterward, refresh the palate with all-you-can-eat fresh cuts of Asian “king of fruits” Durian, available from 7 to 8 PM. To round off the meal, indulge in various mouthwatering desserts, including es cincau, crispy lekker, pudding, ice cream, and a chocolate fountain for those who enjoy a little extra sweetness.
