GROHE, the global leader in bathroom and kitchen solutions, made a striking return to Milan Design Week 2025 with a fresh immersive experience. This time, GROHE took center stage at Garden Senato—one of Milan’s most historic locations, nestled in the renowned fashion district at Via Senato 14. Known for its stunning blend of classical elegance and modern design, this exquisite garden had long been a venue for artistic and cultural events. Following the success of its GROHE SPA installation at Palazzo Reale during Milan Design Week 2024—an installation that earned the prestigious Red Dot “Best of the Best” award—this year, GROHE transformed Garden Senato into the immersive GROHE Aqua Gallery, which ran from April 8 to 13.
A Gallery That Went Beyond Function
Inside this meticulously curated exhibition, GROHE Aqua Gallery presented its products not just as functional objects, but as works of precision-crafted design. Each piece embodied a deeper experience—one that connected people with water and the environment in a meaningful way. Visitors were invited to see how GROHE products served as a seamless bridge between aesthetics, innovation, and everyday living.
“At GROHE, we used design to transform trends and ideas into tangible experiences that enriched our lives. By understanding societal needs, cultural influences, and environmental responsibility, we created products that not only exuded luxury and beauty but also delivered cutting-edge quality and sustainability. Our showcase at Fuorisalone 2025 reflected this philosophy, inviting visitors to explore the future of water enjoyment,” said Antoine Besseyre des Horts, Leader of LIXIL Global Design, Asia.

GROHE Purefoam—A New Way to Indulge
Designed by LIXIL’s in-house Global Design and Brand Identity team, this installation harmoniously blended indoor and outdoor elements for a gallery experience unlike any other. For the first time in Milan, GROHE unveiled GROHE Purefoam, an exclusive innovation that blended water and Kinuami soap in perfect balance to create an ultra-soft foam. This groundbreaking technology introduced a vertical bathing experience that wrapped the body in a luxurious, skin-nurturing sensation. Another highlight was the GROHE Essence Crafted Lever, a refined new variant of the award-winning GROHE Essence collection. Renowned as one of the most sought-after faucets in the affordable luxury category, this collection was distinguished by its sensual minimalist transitions and harmonious proportions. Now, with the introduction of the crafted lever and an expanded selection of colors, users had even greater freedom to personalize their spaces.

Aqua Atelier & Aqua Bar—A Sanctuary of Reflection and Responsibility
Set within the tranquility of a hidden garden, Aqua Atelier invited visitors to pause, reflect, and pen their own Aqua Poem—a personal expression of their connection with water. Nearby, the Aqua Bar served not only as a gathering place for enjoying culinary delights but also as a statement on sustainability. Built using recycled plastic bottles, the bar served as a poignant reminder of the environmental impact of single-use plastics and the escalating issue of water pollution. In its ongoing commitment to water conservation, GROHE introduced real-world solutions, including advanced water filtration systems that helped reduce reliance on plastic bottled water. Through thoughtful design and environmental responsibility, GROHE continued to lead the way toward a more sustainable future.
Milan Design Week 2025 had never been more immersive, and GROHE redefined the way people interacted with water—elevating it into a sensory, artistic, and sustainable experience.
