Adding to the occasion, the event featured inspiring sessions, including a seminar by Vivi Erfianne, a Clinical Psychologist, on how women continue to balance roles in family and professional life. This was followed by a health seminar by Dr. Gita (Ob-Gyn), emphasizing the importance of hormonal health and stress management for active women.
