Ashley Hotel Group marked Kartini’s Day with a remarkable celebration titled, “A Day Without Women.” This memorable event brought together 70 female employees from hotel units and headquarters for a day of rest and rejuvenation, stepping away from their daily routines while male employees took over hotel operations for the day.
The initiative served as a heartfelt tribute to the vital contributions of women in the company’s success and was a meaningful nod to Kartini’s legacy of emancipation in the modern era. Adding to the occasion, the event featured inspiring sessions, including a seminar by Vivi Erfianne, a Clinical Psychologist, on how women continue to balance roles in family and professional life. This was followed by a health seminar by Dr. Gita (Ob-Gyn), emphasizing the importance of hormonal health and stress management for active women.
The celebration culminated in a stunning fashion show, showcasing Indonesian traditional fabrics, a powerful symbol of the identity and strength of Indonesian women.
Ashley Hotel Group remains committed to fostering a supportive and healthy environment for female workers, embracing cultural values, work-life balance, and mental health as the foundation for shared success.
