
Indonesia’s leading beauty company, ParagonCorp, through its flagship brand Wardah, is expanding its global impact with a strategic partnership with Al Mujadilah Women Center, a member of Qatar Foundation.
The collaboration was formalized on May 18, 2025, in Doha, Qatar, through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed by Dr. Sohaira Siddiqui, Executive Director of Al Mujadilah Women Center, and Amalia Sarah Santi, EVP and Global Chief Business Officer of ParagonCorp. Witnessing this milestone were H.E. Retno Marsudi, former Indonesian Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Dr. Sari Chairunnisa, Sp.KK, FINSDV, Deputy CEO of ParagonCorp, together reinforcing a shared mission to advance women’s leadership and global influence.
Women Supporting Women—Rooted in Faith
This partnership fosters an ecosystem where women can lead with faith, education, and purpose. Initiatives will focus on capacity-building programs, knowledge exchange, and leadership development, strengthening a network of female changemakers across sectors.

To kickstart this movement, a Global Women Leadership Dialogue was held under the theme “Leading with Purpose: Women in Faith, Business, and Global Policy.” The forum featured insights from Dr. Sohaira Siddiqui, H.E. Retno Marsudi, and Dr. Sari Chairunnisa, highlighting the role of women in shaping sustainable societies.
“Leadership is an amanah—a responsibility to be carried with wisdom and accountability,” stated Dr. Sari Chairunnisa, reinforcing the importance of women paving the way for future generations. Retno Marsudi added that peace negotiations involving women tend to be more enduring and impactful, showcasing how female leadership is crucial in diplomacy, business, and education.
Expanding the Global Network of Women Leaders
A key moment of the event was the appointment of Dr. Sohaira Siddiqui to the Board of Council Paragon Wardah Stewardship for Global Impact—a commitment to advancing female leadership worldwide.
Looking ahead, Ri’āya Young Adult Stewardship will prepare young female leaders across Southeast Asia, equipping them with the tools to shape a more inclusive and purpose-driven future.
Through initiatives like Women Space and House of W – Women, Wisdom, Wardah, ParagonCorp continues to champion female empowerment across borders.
