Bintaro Jaya has long been known as one of Jakarta’s most dynamic satellite cities, blending urban convenience with eco-conscious living.
As it celebrates 46 years of growth, PT. Jaya Real Property Tbk continues to push boundaries, reinforcing its commitment to sustainability, innovation, and community-building. More than just a thriving residential hub, Bintaro Jaya embraces the ecocity concept, focusing on environmental sustainability, public health, and resource efficiency—creating an ideal balance between modern development and green living.
To mark this milestone, the Unit Pengelola Kawasan Bintaro Jaya (PKB) hosted a series of community-driven competitions that highlight the ecocity movement, including the K3 Challenge (Cleanliness, Health, and Sustainability). This spirited contest encouraged residential clusters across Bintaro Jaya to showcase eco-friendly practices in their communities. Meanwhile, a photography and creative video competition invited participants to capture the city’s most scenic and sustainable moments, offering a fresh perspective on Bintaro Jaya’s transformation.
A major highlight was Bintaro Jaya Fun Miles: Run for Education, a charity fun run that saw over 1,700 participants taking to the streets. But it wasn’t just about the finish line—this event was all about impact. Funds raised through ticket sales were allocated to support educational initiatives, benefiting SMP Terbuka 2 Diponegoro, Rumah Baca Bintaro Jaya, and 10 selected PAUD schools in the surrounding area. “This is more than a celebration—it’s a way to give back,” shared Isdianto Prasetyotomo, Manager of PKB. “Through this charity run, we can make a meaningful contribution to education in Bintaro Jaya.”
Beyond the festivities, Bintaro Jaya’s rich community life took center stage. Six standout local communities, including Hijau Bumiku Biru Langitku Bintaro, Bintaro Loop, Bintaro Trojan Runners, Bintaro Design District, Binloopgraphers, and Perkumpulan Bakti Sosial Ibu-Ibu Bintaro Jaya, received special recognition for their contributions to social and environmental initiatives. Meanwhile, residents gathered in the closing ceremony to celebrate the K3 Challenge winners, reinforcing the sense of unity that has shaped Bintaro Jaya’s journey.
Wrapping up the celebration, The Brokers and legendary musician Ikang Fawzi delivered an electrifying performance, ensuring the anniversary festivities ended on a high note. M.A Swandayani, Director of PT. Jaya Real Property Tbk, reflected on the event’s significance: “This celebration is about more than our success—it’s about fostering a strong, connected community, where people live, grow, and build a better future together.”
With its unwavering commitment to sustainability and community development, Bintaro Jaya remains a thriving, forward-thinking urban sanctuary, setting the benchmark for modern satellite cities in Indonesia.
