The city, decades known for its cool and fresh air, vibrant culture, and culinary charm, Bandung is set to welcome a new addition to its hospitality scene.
Archipelago, Southeast Asia’s largest hotel operator, together with CV. Bangun Lestari Parahyangan, has celebrated the topping-off of Neo Kota Baru Parahyangan, Bandung — marking a key milestone in the hotel’s development ahead of its grand opening at the end of 2025.
Conveniently located in the heart of Kota Baru Parahyangan and just minutes away from the KCIC Whoosh high-speed rail station in Padalarang, Neo is designed with today’s traveler in mind, accommodating all purposes of visiting for business or leisure. Featuring 116 thoughtfully appointed rooms, six modern meeting spaces, and a rooftop restaurant with a skylight ambiance, the hotel promises a stay that’s stylish, efficient, and comfortable.
“The topping-off ceremony marks more than just construction progress — it’s a reflection of our ongoing commitment to bringing high-quality accommodation to strategic destinations,” said John Flood, CEO of Archipelago. “We trust Neo Kota Baru Parahyangan will become a preferred choice for travelers and a positive force for the local economy.”
The topping-off ceremony was held with a spirit of celebration, attended by key figures including Winston Hanes (Senior Vice President of Operations), Zita Hanna Mariska (Vice President of Business Development), and Berri Naurika (Corporate General Manager) from Archipelago International, along with the directors of CV. Bangun Lestari Parahyangan. The event featured traditional elements, such as tumpeng cutting, symbolic concrete pouring, and balloon releasing — each signifying hope, success, and the next step forward.
As Archipelago’s seventh property in Bandung, Neo strengthens the group’s presence in one of West Java’s most dynamic regions. Its strategic location near key transport infrastructure makes it an ideal gateway for guests looking to explore the natural beauty and cultural richness of the Parahyangan highlands.
“We’re grateful to see the project reach this stage smoothly,” said Felix Setiawan, Director of CV. Bangun Lestari Parahyangan. “We hope that Neo becomes a new symbol of comfort and warm hospitality in Kota Baru Parahyangan while contributing positively to the surrounding community.”
Neo Kota Baru Parahyangan is expected to open by the end of 2025.
