Hailing from Cesena, in the culinary-rich region of Emilia-Romagna, Chef Paolo began his journey into the kitchen at an early age, growing up in a family of passionate cooks. His mother and grandmother were both cooks, and his uncle was a renowned pastry chef. Inspired by his roots, he pursued culinary education at a prestigious hospitality institute in Forlimpopoli, where his professional journey began.

Throughout his career, Chef Paolo has worked in award-winning fine dining restaurants, luxury hospitality settings, and high-volume culinary operations. He has gained extensive knowledge in traditional Italian cooking while embracing modern techniques. He has also undertaken advanced culinary training and thrived in high-pressure environments, where his innovative style and leadership have earned him multiple accolades.
