This year’s highlight is a signature collection of Chocolate Fortune Cakes, inspired by traditional Chinese home remedies. Drawing on time-honoured wellness wisdom, the Hotel’s pastry team has crafted uniquely nourishing sweets that not only delight the taste buds but also support healing, immunity, and vitality.
Carefully chosen ingredients provide a variety of health benefits: goji berries strengthen the immune system, white fungus boosts collagen, honey promotes healing, and fermented black sticky rice aids digestion. Embellished with the iconic Four Seasons logo, the fortune cakes come in four exquisite flavours, balanced by the sweet richness of chocolate: • Tamarind White Fungus Jelly and Egg Custard
