RAASA, short for Rasa Asli Nusantara, embodies the authentic tastes of the Indonesian archipelago, reimagined through modern culinary artistry. Hidden behind a discreet door within the hotel lies not a dining room, but the heart of the kitchen itself. Here, guests will take their seats at the Chef’s Table, where every dish is prepared mere steps away, allowing them to witness the artistry, energy, and passion that go into every plate.
The inaugural RAASA experience will take place on 23 August 2025, starting at 7:00 PM, with each course masterfully curated by the professional culinary team, reinterpreting traditional Indonesian flavors in unexpected and contemporary ways. To elevate the experience, each creation is thoughtfully paired with distinctive local teas, chosen to reflect the aromas, landscapes, and stories of the archipelago, turning every sip into a journey of its own.
