Explora Journeys unveiled its 2027–2028 Journeys Collection, spanning five continents, nearly 200 destinations, and 59 countries. This season marks the debut of EXPLORA V and the brand’s inaugural Journeys through Asia. EXPLORA V begins in the Mediterranean’s quiet season, then sails east to the Red Sea and Arabian Peninsula.
A New Chapter: The Debut of Asia
Asia takes center stage as EXPLORA III embarks on 28 immersive luxury journeys to 47 destinations across Japan, South Korea, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore. These maiden calls include overnight stays in iconic cities such as Tokyo, Osaka, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Naha, Ha Long Bay, Ho Chi Minh City, and Bali. The itineraries are thoughtfully timed to coincide with Asia’s evocative seasons and cultural celebrations, including Chinese Golden Week and Chinese New Year, which will be celebrated onboard in January 2028.
EXPLORA V Begins Her Journey in the Mediterranean’s Quiet Season
Launching in December 2027, EXPLORA V will explore the Mediterranean during its serene off-season. Destinations include La Valletta, Cagliari, Istanbul, and Salerno, with overnight stays that allow guests to dive deeper into local culture. A highlight of this leg is New Year’s Eve in Naples, offering a festive and unforgettable experience.
EXPLORA V Explores The Red Sea and Arabian Peninsula
Following its Mediterranean voyage, EXPLORA V joins EXPLORA I in the Red Sea and Arabian Peninsula, offering curated itineraries through Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Oman, UAE, Qatar, and Bahrain. Guests will have the opportunity to visit renowned UNESCO World Heritage Sites such as Petra, Luxor, and AlUla, with extended stays in vibrant cities like Jeddah, Muscat, and Dubai.
