Soya Panna Cotta

INGREDIENTS (for 20 pcs)

500ml V-SOY Original Soy Milk

500g Elle & Vire Whipping Cream

15g gelatin sheets

175g sugar

Oreo cookies or butter cookies

Cherries or other fruits

HOW TO MAKE

1. Heat V-SOY Original and Elle & Vire Whipping Cream. Cook with sugar until it boils. Add gelatin and stir well.

2. Pour into glasses with 50ml volume each. Store in chiller.

3. Crush oreo or butter cookies coarsely.

4. Sprinkle the crushed cookies on the chilled pana cotta

5. Garnish with cherry or other fruits of choice.
