Set amid busy offices and leisure center, Dharmawangsa Square plays host to Plataran Group’s latest creation, Teras Dharmawangsa. Guests are presented with the quality Plataran group is well known for, this time in a more laidback atmosphere, for casual business meetings or a convivial hang out with friends or families.

As a veteran player in the discipline, Plataran reintroduces its trust-based business where the comfort of customers is placed above all, which results in reasonable pricing while maintaining the great quality of food and service.

A fruitful labor by Chef Permana, Teras Dharmawangsa occupies 5 stories of Dharmawangsa Square, each with its own function. The lower level is used as the main kitchen, while the floor above functions as dining area and non-alcoholic bar serving refreshing drinks. The 3rd and 4th floors are used thoroughly as dining area with the addition of the top floor that functions as conference hall, able to accommodate up to 19 guests.

Gorge on a wide variety of Peranakan as well as Indonesian and Chinese inspired menu such as Bakmi Bebek, Nasi Goreng Ijo and Buncis Ayam. To complete the set, Teras Dharmawangsa also provides an assortment of dim sum and refreshing dessert.  Bakmi Bebek (Duck Noodles) consists of wheat noodle topped with 4 times cooked duck breast. There is also the Nasi Goreng Ijo (Green Fried Rice), rustic fried rice with dried anchovy and ground green chili to add colour to the rice as well as adding a particular zing in every serving.


Side dish department presents Tahu Telur Asin, Sapi Lada Hitam and Ayam Buncis. Tahu Telur Asin (Duck Egg Tofu) is crispy fried silken tofu Stir-fried with salted duck egg sauce.  The Sapi Lada Hitam (Black Pepper Beef) is diced local beef tenderloin marinated in specialized black pepper sauce and sautéed with fresh bell peppers. String Beans with Ground Chicken and Spicy Seasoned Deep-Fried Squid are also not to miss. And when the meal is finished, a wide variety of desserts are available to complete the meal of the day.
