Moreover, Chef Foong’s specialty is traditional cooking method with a modern twist, such as Pan-Fried Foie Gras with Peking Duck and Crispy Beancurd Sheet, Sautéed Lobster with Crab Roe Paste and Wok-Baked Pork Ribs with Five Spice Vinegar Sauce.
Apart from the latest a la carte menu from Chef Foong, Pearl Chinese Restaurant still offers the ever popular all-you-can-eat dimsum offer: Sunday ‘Dimsumlicious’ Brunch which guests are entitled to more than 40 Chinese dishes, ranging from soup, appetizer, dim sum, main course to desserts and inclusive of free-flow Chinese tea. While from Monday to Friday, guests can enjoy their lunch with Chef Foong’s Easy Lunch package, which consists of 3-course set menu; from choices of dim sum, main course and dessert.
