After successful launching and great responses in Bali since October 2018, Danone-AQUA is consistently committed to introduce new innovation – AQUA LIFE. The newly innovated mineral water bottle made of 100% recyclable PET material and can be further recycle.
This initiative is a continuation from #BijakBerplastik, which focus on three main commitments to reduce plastic waste problems in Indonesia: waste collection infrastructure development, consumers education and product packaging innovation.
As stated by President Director of Danone-AQUA, Corine Tap “It takes revolutionary mindset to transform from linear economy to circular economy, where plastic bottles are valued as recyclable material.” In order to ensure the success of #BijakBerplastik, it takes a collaborative partnership from multi-stakeholders including the governments.
In relation to the AQUA LIFE launching, this also marks the opening of Danone-AQUA #BijakBerplastik exhibition which open for public from 7-11 August 2019 at Atrium Gandaria City Mall.
