During a media showcase Hilton EventReady with CleanStay on November 11, 2020 at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta – Diponegoro, the program was introduced and showcased in meeting spaces, public areas and guest rooms. The key tenants of the Hilton EventReady with CleanStay program include cleanliness protocols which address every touch point of the meeting experience. All detailed aspects include rooms seals for guest and meeting room, sanitizing stations in public areas and meeting spaces and an EventReady Room Checklist. Another key tenant is book to billing flexibility, which provides flexible pricing, space options, contract terms, responsive offers to meet the needs of customers and hybrid meetings requirements. And the last key tenant is safe and socially responsible solutions, this means to partner with clients to achieve the meeting’s objectives while addressing both health and environmental concerns. This includes presenting creative physical distancing meeting sets and meal service, developing inspiring food and beverage menus and sharing environmental impact solutions measured by LightStay, Hilton’s award-winning corporate responsibility measurement platform.
