Hilton Garden Inn Jakarta Taman Palem Introduces Ramadan Celebration and New Executive Chef

Welcoming the Ramadan month, Hilton Garden Inn Jakarta Taman Palem is delighted to introduce the new Executive Chef, Darfi Darli. Chef Darfi, with over 15 years of culinary experience in Indonesia and abroad, will be the front man of the kitchen team to prepare the hotel’s first Ramadan celebration.

An all-you-can-eat Iftar buffet of Asian cuisine at The Garden Grille & Bar restaurant, indoor and outdoor area which opens daily until 9.30 p.m. will be serving a wide range of tasteful dishes and divided into several sections at the restaurant. Arabic counter, serving Nasi Kebuli as well as choices of meat Kebab or chicken Shawarma, Noodle of Laksa stall, Jajanan ceria counter and plenty more dishes from soup, appetizers, main courses and desserts. Make sure to try signature dishes of Chicken Shawarma, Asinan Jakarta and Beef Tongseng.

“Asian cuisines are still most of Indonesian customers’ favorite. That’s the reason for us to accommodate their need by serving a delicious and good quality menu,” said Chef Darfi Darli.

The Ramadan Iftar buffet will be available from 2 April to 1 May 2022, with prices starting from IDR 165,000++ per person, 50% OFF for children between 6 to 12 years old, and FREE for children below 6 years old.
