Riva now boasts a new lounge, a new bar, and new outdoor terraces providing a laidback ambience and beautiful views either over the street outside the hotel or overlooking the lagoon-style pool and garden. Riva has been successfully transformed to appeal to the youth, providing a cool environment where guests can see and to be seen or simply enjoy a good time.  

Celebrated chef DedenGumilar is at the helm of Riva’s kitchen ensuring that everything brought to the table is top-notch. The menu is divided into four categories: “From the Sea” features a number of comforting classics such as the Pan Seared Baramundi and Lobster Ravioli, “From the Garden” features salad dishes, “From the Farm” is where Riva keeps its all-time favorites such as the Foie Gras Terrine and the hearty Beef Bourguignon. Meanwhile, the gastronomical Madonnas are grouped together in the “From the Grill Wood Oven” category, featuring Riva’s heavenly tasteful Wagyu and Black Angus steaks as well as pizzas. While the steak menu offers the finest cuts of meat served with elegant flair, Riva has created pizza dishes that are bold and tasty such as its Cheesy Duck Pizza, a bold dish that shows how far the restaurant has evolved into an unafraid, young-spirited, modern establishment.
