Authentic Japanese Wagyu comes from domestically grown beef cattle that received special treatment during their tendance. The treatments result in superior quality beef with soft texture and more savory taste thanks to its soft fats content which resembles ice fractals (sashi). Indonesia has been one of the loyal fans of wagyu and now, the Japanese government introduces an exclusive program in cooperation with Tokushima wagyu named Awa Gyu to present a top quality Japanese Wagyu in lower prices. The Awa Gyu raises the superior Japanese Black Beef which produces B4 to A5 beef quality ranks, with A5 being the topmost.

Came from Tokushima city in Tokushima prefecture in Japan and hailed in the country as one amongst the best, the Awa Gyu can be enjoyed in Jakarta at selected restaurants, Shaburi & Kintan Buffet Pacific Place, Shaburi & Kintan Buffet Senayan City, Yakiniku Like Grand Indonesia, Yakiniku Like Mall of Indonesia and Yakiniku Like Lippo Puri Mall for only a limited period from 25 March 2021.

Shaburi & Kintan Buffet will provide delicious and carefully hand-cut Awa-Gyu for customers who order all-you-can-eat 2nd course or more for 1 dish free per person. Yakiniku Like will offer a special price of Japanese Wagyu beef set 100g for IDR88,000.
