Experience the easy and top-class check-in process at the new Premium Check-in facility located at Terminal 2E/2F of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Relax as you wait to board your flight, with staff to assist your overweight luggage issues, class upgrade, reservations, ticket booking, route substitutions, and other services. To increase passengers’ comfort, Garuda Indonesia’s free luggage capacity is 40kg for Business Class passengers and 30kg for Economy Class. An additional 23kg is permitted for sporting equipment such as bicycles, golf kits, diving equipment and so on.
After check-in, it’s time to luxuriate in the Business Class Lounge, which includes a business center, wireless Internet connection, reflexology machines, showers, a nursery room and praying room. Serving nine flights per day to Singapore, Garuda Indonesia operates two flights with its Airbus A330-200 fleet and Boeing 737-800 Next Generation for the other seven. The A330-200 is equipped with 36 Business Class and 186 Economy Class seats. Full flatbed seats are available for Business Class passengers, equipped with a fully adjustable head rest and power sockets to charge your electronic devices. The Boeing 737-800 NG itself has 12 Business Class and 150 Economy Class seats.
