The global design firm HBA (Hirsch Bedner Associates) has once again been recognized at the forefront of the hospitality design industry, securing the No. 1 position on Interior Design’s 2026 Top 100 Giants Hospitality List for more than 25 years, while also rising to No. 12 on the publication’s overall Top 100 Giants ranking. HBA believes in the power of great design to positively impact lives, design that opens to new ideas, innovations, and connections. Design that gives form to emotion.

Further strengthening its industry standing, HBA was named in Forbes’ inaugural list of America’s Top Hospitality Architects & Designers 2026, recognizing the firms shaping the future of hospitality, wellness, and lifestyle environments.

The dual recognition highlights HBA’s continued global growth and leadership across hospitality, residential, and mixed-use design sectors.

“These accolades reflect the strength of our people, our clients, and our commitment to creating meaningful design experiences around the world,” said Chris Godfrey, Co-CEO, HBA. “As we continue to expand globally, we remain focused on delivering culturally relevant and commercially successful designs.”

The recognition comes during a period of significant business growth for HBA, with new studios recently established in Mexico City and São Paulo, and further expansion across Europe and Asia, with HBA Madrid, HBA Istanbul, and HBA Kuala Lumpur opening, while HBA Leisure and HBA Residential practices are extending this year into Tokyo and Dubai. The firm now operates across 29 offices worldwide, with its global headquarters in Singapore.
